And In Re : Dijoy Bala @ Dikjoy Bala @ Digjoy Bala ...... petitioner Mr. M. Nazar Chowdhury Mr. M. A. salik Ms. Priyanka Saha ....for the petitioner Mr. Binoy Panda Mr. Subham Bhakat ....for the State The victim suffered grievous hurt.

The petitioner is absconding for more than two years in respect of a police case registered on June 15, 2020. Materials in the case diary suggest that the petitioner is involved in the incident.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 5521 of 2022 is dismissed.
