Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in June, 2023. There is no substantial change in circumstances since then. Offences involve murder which attracts mandatory life imprisonment.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
