For the respondents/claimants nos.1 & 2 in FMA 1341 of 2008 & appellants in COT 53 of 2008 It is submitted on behalf of the learned advocates for the parties that in the judgment dated 8th September, 2022, at page 5 in the last paragraph, necessary correction is required. After the words "along with interest at the rate of 6% per annum", the words "from the date of filing of the claim petition" should be inserted.

Accordingly, the words "from the date of filing of the claim petition" should be inserted after the words "per annum" in the fourth list of the last paragraph at page 5 of the judgment dated 8th September, 2022.

It is further submitted on behalf of the learned advocates for the parties that in the first paragraph at page 6 of the judgment, the words "along with interest" is missing after the word "Rs.13,88,698/-".

Accordingly, the words "along with interest"

should be inserted after the word "Rs.13,88,698/-" in the second list of the first paragraph at page 6 of the judgment dated 8th September, 2022.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary corrections accordingly.

The other remaining portions of the judgment dated 8th September, 2022 will remain unchanged. The order dated 8th September, 2022 is being corrected, in the aforesaid conspectus.
