Rahul Bose v. State Of West Bengal & ANR
13.04.2022 Item No.34 Court No.39 AJ C.R.R. 4176 of 2011 In the matter of : Rahul Bose.
....petitioner.
Mr. Madhusudan Sur, Ld. A.P.P., Mr. Manoranjan Mahata.
...for the State.
None appears on behalf of the petitioner. The State is represented.
It appears that on earlier occasions also i.e. on 10th March, 2022 and on 20th January, 2022, the petitioner remained unrepresented.
It appears that vide order dated 24th January, 2012, the investigating authorities were allowed to complete the investigation proceeding but they were asked not to take action without the permission of the Court.
The matter is pending since 2011 and I have also reason to believe that the petitioner is not interested to proceed further with the revisional application.
Let C.R.R. 4176 of 2011 be dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
Let a copy of this order be send to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur, 24-Parganas (South) in connection with G.R. Case No. 2820 of 2010.
