Ct.No.03 SG/AMR illegal constructions and inaction of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

None appears for the Corporation, but the learned Counsel for the State is present.

It is further submitted that the representation filed by the writ petitioner on 8th October, 2024 has not been considered by the Corporation till date.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the respondent nos. 1 to 9 shall consider the said representation dated 8th October, 2024 and on hearing the writ petition shall dispose of the same within a period of 30 days from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law. Learned Counsel for the State and the writ petitioner are granted liberty to communicate this order to the respondent nos. 1 to 9.
