The learned advocate for the petitioner is present. Petitioner has prayed for relief that the present suit being Title Suit No.518 of 2022, pending before the learned Judge, 6th Bench City Civil Court, at Calcutta be directed to be disposed of expeditiously. Learned advocate also draws attention to the order dated 20.03.2023 where there was a direction upon the learned court to dispose of the Title Suit No.518 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible after disposing of all the interlocutory applications, if any.

Upon considering the petition and upon hearing the learned advocate for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending by directing service of notice upon the opposite parties.

Thus, this revisional application is disposed of with a request upon the learned Judge, 6th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta to dispose of the interlocutory application pending before it within a period of thirty days from the next date fixed.

Learned Judge is further requested that pursuant to the disposal of the said interlocutory application endeavour should be made to dispose of the suit very expeditiously. Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of. (Biswaroop Chowdhury, J.)
