The petitioner prays for subsequent action to be taken by the DPPG for releasing the Pension Payment Order in furtherance to the communication made by the DIS (SE), Dakshin Dinajpur on 2nd September, 2025.

It appears that the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Dakshin Dinajpur has already allowed 3% additional increment in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner retired from service on 28th February, 2025. He is yet to receive his terminal dues.

The District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Dakshin Dinajpur is directed to take all necessary steps and to ensure that the Pension Payment Order and other terminal dues of the petitioner are released without any further delay. 5.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
