Mr. Manoranjan Mahata ... for the State Perused the office report and in particular the report submitted by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Baruipur. None is found present on behalf of the petitioners. I do not find any reason to adjourn the matter suo moto, rather, I intend to dispose of the same on merit based on materials available with the record.

Briefly stated that at the behest of Roshan Ali Molla, Bhangore P.S. Case No. 185 dated 19.6.2011 under Sections 325/326/34 of the Indian Penal Code was registered against the petitioner nos. 1 and

2. This revisional application challenges the legality of this F.I.R. Report reveals that the petitioners being the accused persons are not attending the learned Trial Court. The Investigating Officer submitted charge sheet against the petitioners. Under such circumstances, I do not find any reason to invoke the provision of Section 482 to quash the proceeding. The revisional application is dismissed.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned Trial Court for information and necessary action.
