Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 147 days and the investigation of the case having been concluded, further detention of the petitioner is unwarranted. It has been also contended that the genesis of the present case is out a property dispute and the petitioner acted at spur of the moment.

Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary. Case diary reflects that there are evidence of eyewitnesses in respect of direct complicity of the present petitioner. Having considered the same, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM(M) 2379 of 2025 is dismissed.
