The present criminal revision has been preferred praying for transfer of the proceeding arising out of Misc. Case No. 71/2017 dated 08.08.2017 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, now pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Arambagh, Hooghly to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah.

The matter was last heard on 02.05.2023.

There is no representation on behalf of either side. Accordingly, the present criminal revision is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

The rvisional application being CRR 4315 of 2022 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
