Swapan Kumar Das & ORS v. State Of West Bengal & ANR
19.01.2022.
Ct.No.29.
AS.
19.
C.R.R. 4185 of 2011 In the matter of : Swapan Kumar Das & Ors.
... Petitioners.
Mr. Madhusudan Sur, ld. A.P.P., Mr. Manoranjan Mahata.
...for the State.
None appears on behalf of the petitioners.
Proper authority is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Madhusudan Sur and Mr. Manoranjan Maha, learned Advocates.
This revisional application is pending since 2011. Learned Advocate on behalf of the State appears and submits that investigating agency was directed not to file charge sheet without the leave of this Court and this order was passed on 24.2.2012. Since then the matter is pending and none is appearing on behalf of the petitioners.
From the order dated 24.2.2012, it is seen that the petitioners were directed to serve notice together with copy of the application upon the opposite parties within one week from date and file affidavit of service on the next date of hearing. I do not find any affidavit of service in the record. Considering all facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any reason to continue with the revisional application. Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of. (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
