Learned Advocate on behalf of the State appears and submits that this revisional application is pending since 2012 and the petitioner is not appearing since then. No affidavit-ofservice has also been filed on behalf of the petitioner in spite of specific direction by the order dated 24.2.2012 of this Court. From the order dated 24.2.2012, it appears that the proceeding was stayed for a period of 12 weeks from date. But thereafter the stay order has not been extended either by this Court or at the behest of the petitioner.

Considering all facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any reason to continue with this revisional application further.
