Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that although his client is ousted from the suit property illegally but no steps is taken by the learned Trial Court to hear out the suit being T.S. No. 33 of 2023 pending before learned Civil Judge, Senior Division at Sealdah. Upon considering the relief prayed, this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served by directing service of notice upon the opposite party and keeping the matter pending. Thus, this revisional application is disposed of with a request to the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division at Sealdah to dispose of the interlocutory application, if any, pending before it within a period of one month from the next date fixed. Considering the fact that the petitioner is ousted from the suit property, the learned Court below is further requested to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as

possible.

Accordingly, this revisional application stands disposed of.
