Petitioners submit there was a matrimonial discord and the victim had left the matrimonial home on a number of occasions. He has been falsely implicated in the case. He prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. 3.

We have considered the materials on record. It is alleged petitioner and others had gone to the matrimonial home and assaulted the victim on 03.05.2024. Medical report shows marks of injury on the victim.

In view of the aforesaid materials on record, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail at this stage. 5.
