In the matter of : An application under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The present revisional application has been preferred in respect of Misc. Case No. 36 of 2012 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Uluberia, Howrah under section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The grievance of the present petitioner relates to the matter not being heard regularly by the learned Magistrate and no direction for interim payment of maintenance being made.

The record of the revisional application finds only the application under section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having regard to the prayer which has been advanced by the lady, I am of the view that in case the proceedings in respect of Misc. Case No.36 of 2012 are still pending, the learned court would take endeavour for completing the same within a period of six weeks. In the alternative, if the proceedings have been disposed of by the learned Magistrate, the learned Magistrate is requested to ignore this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 3470 of 2012 is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
