The writ petition was filed, inter alia, complaining non-receipt of arrear revised pension amount of Rs.1,97,349.00.

Today, the learned advocate for the petitioner would submit that by placing before this Court a communication dated 10th March, 2026 that the petitioner has received the arrear pension of Rs.1,97,349.00, and as such, the petitioner no longer has any grievance. Let the copy of the communication dated 10th March, 2026 be kept with record.

Having regard to the above, nothing survives in the writ petition, the same is accordingly disposed of.
