C.R.R. 4196 of 2011 In the matter of : Sandhya Karmakar & Anr.

... Petitioners.

Mr. Madhusudan Sur, ld. A.P.P., Mr. Bitasok Banerjee.

...for the State.

None appears on behalf of the petitioners.

Proper authority is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Madhusudan Sur and Mr. Bitasok Banerjee, learned Advocates.

Learned Advocate on behalf of the State appears and submits that though this revisional application was filed in the year 2011 but from then on no step was taken by the petitioners far to speak of filing of affidavit of service. From the record, it appears that initially interim stay was granted by the order dated 24.2.2012 for a period of 12 weeks and that was extended further till 20th July, 2012 b the order dated 18.5.2012 and lastly interim order was extended till 21st September, 2012. Thereafter, petitioners took no steps. Considering all facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any reason to continue with this revisional application. The revisional application thus stands dismissed. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhargram for information. (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
