Today the Board has filed one affidavit annexing some documents which are not at all accepted by this court as those are not the digitized copy of OMR sheet. Therefore, I declare that the petitioner has got qualifying marks in TET 2014 and the petitioner should be given a TET qualified certificate by the Board and should be called in the interview and the aptitude test for the recruitment process of 2022 by the Board.

However, I am told that this process of recruitment of 2022 has been stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Therefore, the petitioner shall be called after final order is passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in this regard.

With the above observation this writ application is disposed of.

Let the affidavit filed by the Board affirmed on 21st September, 2023 is kept on record.
