AND In the matter of:- Sahana Khan ... petitioner The present revisional application was preferred under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure thereby praying for transfer of G.R. Case No.927 of 2012 from the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Diamond Harbour, DistrictSouth 24 Parganas to the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldia, District- Purba Medinipur. Records reflect that the revisional application is pending since the year 2012 and there has been no persuasion after interim order was passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court on 05.10.2012.

Having regard to the time which has been consumed in view of the revisional application pending before this Court, I am of the opinion that at this belated stage no purpose will be served if the prayer of the petitioner is allowed.

Accordingly, C.R.R.3474 of 2012 is dismissed. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
