Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners complains that in spite of the property belonging to her, the private respondents are trying to encroach upon her property, disturbing, harassing and humiliating her, to that effect she has informed the police authorities particularly the Inspector-in-charge, Domkal Police Station but in spite of informing the police authorizes, no action has been taken.

Learned advocate for the private respondent disputes such contentions.

Learned advocate for the State is present and submits that there are civil cases as well as steps taken by the police authorities as and when so required. I have perused the case records of the case and I find that the last of complaint which was informed to the Inspector-in-charge, Domkal P.S. is dated 3rd October, 2023.

Having considered the substantial time which has passed in the in the meantime, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh information in case there is disturbance, harassment or encroachment of her property.

The police authorities would take the accusations into account and take steps in accordance with law. Report so submitted is kept with the records. Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioners.

With the above observations, WPA 25301 of 2023 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
