Petitioners complain that their property is being attempted to be encroached at the behest of the private respondent and his associates are disturbing, harassing, humiliating the petitioners in the peaceful enjoyment of their property.

Information have been sent to the police authorities. However, the same did not yield any result. Learned advocate for the State submits that the police authorities have taken appropriate steps. Record reflects that the last information was sent to the police authorities on 4.10.2023.

Having considered that more than a year has passed since the last information was furnished with the police authorities, I direct that in case a fresh information is furnished with the Inspector-in-charge, Domkal Police Station narrating the problem faced by the present petitioners particularly with regard to the property complained of, the police authorities would take appropriate step in accordance with law.

With the above observations, WPA 25304 of 2023 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
