Although Mr. Bidyut Kumar Roy along with Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned advocates appears for the State. The instant application has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

On perusal of the petition along with annexures, it is evident that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted as prima facie materials, supporting the allegations, are there against the petitioners.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed on merit.
