Mr. Abhra Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that presently no case is pending between the parties in the court below as there has been mutual divorce and subsequently issues have been settled.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, I am of the view that the present revisional application has become infructuous. As such, CRR 3484 of 2012 is dismissed as infructuous. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
