Sri Debojyoti Moulick This is an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure whereby the wife, respondent of the Matrimonial Suit No. 1779 of 2018 pending before the 11th Court of learned Additional District Judge at Alipore, District - 24 Parganas (South) is seeking withdrawal of the said suit from the said court and transfer of it to any court competent to try and dispose of it under the judgeship of the learned District Judge at Barasat, District - 24 Parganas (North).

None appears in support of the application either virtually or physically on call, no accommodation is sought for.

C.O. 4216 of 2018 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. No order as to costs.

The department is directed to communicate this order immediately to the aforesaid Court where the said suit is pending.
