1. Learned advocate representing the petitioner produces an email communication made by the Bank mentioning that, an opportunity of hearing will be provided to the petitioner during the first week of December, 2024 and her response will be considered for the disposal of the representation in accordance with law.

2. The bank is directed to immediately fix up the date of hearing and dispose of the representation of the petitioner at the earliest possible time. A final order shall be passed positively by 31st December, 2024.

3. It will be open for the petitioner to produce and rely upon all documents including the relevant judicial pronouncement(s) in her favour at the time of hearing.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
