Accordingly, the appellant is not willing to proceed with the appeal any further. In this regard a letter dated 20th April, 2022 is addressed to Ms. Sonali Sengupta, learned advocate on record of the appellant and the same be kept with the record.

In view of the above submission, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution along with the aforesaid applications appearing on today's list. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
