The learned Judge, Commercial Court at Alipore for the districts of South 24-Parganas, Paschim Medinipur, Purba Medinipur and Jhargram by the order impugned dated 4th October, 2024, passed in Misc. Arbitration (Commercial) Case No. 121 of 2024 has only fixed the date of hearing of the application filed by the appellants for appointment of a Special Officer to ascertain the up-to-date stage of the construction over the suit property and possession of the parties thereof.

The order impugned does not call for any interference.

The appeal therefore, is dismissed. The connected application being CAN 1 of 2024 is also dismissed accordingly.
