Learned advocate for the State produces the case diary and draws the attention of the court to the materials available which implicates the present petitioner. Learned advocate also submits that case has already been committed to the court of sessions but charges are yet to be framed. Having considered the stage of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 2381 of 2025 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
