The petitioner is aggrieved by notice under Section 91 of the Cr. P.C. signed by the Investigating Officer of the Burdwan Police Station.

Counsel for the petitioner places Section 91 of the Cr. P.C. which authorizes only the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned Police Station to issue such notice. 3.

This Court in the facts and circumstances of the case is not inclined to entertain the writ petition since the petitioner has effective alternative remedy in view of the availability of Section 482 of the Cr. P.C. 4.

The instant writ petition is, thus, disposed of. 5.

There shall be no order as to costs.
