1. The petitioners have filed the present application praying for recalling of the order dated 4th August, 2025 wherein, this Court has dismissed the writ application for default.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on the date fixed when the matter was listed, the father of the advocate appearing in the matter was admitted to the hospital. Under such the learned counsel could not appear before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the application. This Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for non-appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioners on the date fixed.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 4th August, 2025 is recalled.

5. WPA 25322 of 2023 is restored in its original file.

6. CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

7. Let the matter appear on 10th December, 2025 under the heading <New Motion=.

8. The petitioners are directed to inform the next date of hearing to the respondents and to file affidavit of service on the next date fixed.
