1. The writ petition has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 19.09.2024 and 07.10.2024 regarding the disbursement of share of death gratuity of the deceased father of the petitioner.

2. The respondent Nos.1 to 3 are represented.

3. On hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the respondent Nos.1 to 3 are directed to dispose of the representations submitted by the writ petitioner within 30 days from the date of this order on hearing all the legal heirs of the deceased including the private respondents in the present case being the respondent Nos.4 and 5 in accordance with law.

4. The disbursement in this case shall be effected in accordance with law after disposal of the representations.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of.

6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
