Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and draws the attention of the court particularly to the act of the son having assaulted severely resulting in the death of his father.

Having considered the heinousness of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 2382 of 2025 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
