The application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the landlord by the order dated August 23, 2022 is at the behest of the tenant.

The order dated August 23, 2022 gives reasons as to why the prayer for anticipatory bail was granted. It takes note of a previous title suit and an order of injunction passed in such title suit. The civil suit is between the landlord and the tenant. Apparently, there are civil disputes between the private parties. We find no perversity in the impugned order warranting interference.
