Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegations, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not necessary and petitioners may be enlarged on anticipatory bail.

Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners viz., Sri Shakti Pada Payra, Sri Durga Pada Payra and Sri Bhakti Pada Payra be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the Signed By :

conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. They shall appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
