The order dated 11th August, 2025 is mentioned for correction.

In the second line of first paragraph of the order dated 11th August, 2025, the expression "24th August, 2024" shall stand corrected to read as "24th August, 2023". Let the expression "Senior Advocate" be added after the name of Mr. Vipul Kundalia, who appeared for the respondents in the matter.

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 11th August, 2025.

4.

The other portions of the order dated 11th August, 2025 shall remain unaltered.

Department is directed to take necessary steps for correction in the order-sheet.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
