It has been submitted that all the list of documents which are statement of witnesses have been handed over to the accused persons. There are no issues regarding the same which has been raised by the opposite parties. Mr.

Trivedi, learned DSGI submits that investigation/further investigation is in progress and for the purposes of same, they have some reservations in respect of certain relied upon materials to be handed over immediately. Mr. Mukherjee, learned senior advocate appearing for the opposite parties submits that serial number 115 of the list of documents relied upon by the CBI is related to some CCTV footage of Rampurhat Super Specialty Hospital. The

copies related to the same/pen-drive in any electronic form was not handed over to the present opposite parties. If the investigation is continuing and at this stage, the circulation of the same may create hardship or impediment for the investigation, the investigating officer may not give the same at this stage, but prior to consideration of charges, copy of serial No.115 in the form of electronic mode be handed over to the accused persons.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4323 of 2022 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
