Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the postmortem report, the statements of witnesses including the statements of a neighbour present at page 12 of the case diary and the statements of an in law of the alleged victim made before the Magistrate as present at pages 39 and 40 of the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioners. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 3885 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
