1. None appears for the petitioners at the time of second call. No accommodation has been sought for either. This is a writ petition of the year 2007 praying for an order allowing the petitioners to sit for the interview for appointment to the post of Gram Panchayat Sahayak in a school, which was scheduled to be held on November 11, 2007.

2. It appears from record that by an order dated November 7, 2007, the petitioners were allowed to participate in the said selection process. Due to passage of time, nothing survives to be decided in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.

3. There shall be, however, no order as to costs.

4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
