1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is involved in manufacturing Heroin. Trial has progressed considerably and there is substantial compliance of the direction of this Court to complete the trial within the stipulated period. In view of the aforesaid facts and statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. Application for bail is, thus, rejected.
