We find from the order dated February 19, 2026 that none of the parties appeared on the said date. 3.

Accordingly, applying the principle incorporated under Order IX Rule 4, read with Section 107, of the Code of Civil Procedure, it is not necessary to direct any further service of copy of the application. 4.

Since sufficient reasons for the absence of the appellant on the relevant date has been furnished, CAN 3 of 2026 is allowed, thereby recalling the order dated February 19, 2026 and restoring FAT 336 of 2022 to its original file and number.
