The matter was taken up for consideration on two occasions previously. First on 21st June, 2023 and subsequently on 28th June, 2023. On the first date writ petitioner was not represented but on the subsequent date accommodation was prayed for on behalf of petitioner which was granted thereby directing the matter to appear in the monthly combined list of July 2023.

It appears that petitioner has lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed. Interim order, if any stands vacated.
