Petitioner is the father-in-law of the victim lady. It is contended couple used to reside separately. He prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. It is contended couple used to reside separately. Allegations against the petitioner are general and omnibus in nature. 4.

Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner viz., Billwamangal @ Billwa Mangal @ Billomangal Mukherjee be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the Signed By :
