Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the change in circumstances is that the other co-accused were granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench.

We are, however, bound by our own order dated February 27, 2023 passed in C.R.M. 831 (A) of 2023. By the said order, the prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected. It was noted in such order that the victim was minor when she was given in marriage. The victim committed suicide within 8 months of the marriage.

The materials in the case diary suggest complicity of the petitioner in the incident.

In such circumstances, we refused to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner on February 27, 2023.

There is no material change in circumstances subsequent thereto.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer of anticipatory bail is rejected.
