Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there has been seizure of commercial quantity of heroin.

I have taken into account the period of detention as well as the seizure.

Having considered the stage of the case and the fact that rigours of Section 37 of the NDPS Act is attracted, I am not inclined to the enlarge the petitioners on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is Rejected.

Accordingly, CRM(NDPS) 1452 of 2025 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
