Ct.No.03 SG/AMR challenging the show cause notice dated 14.03.2024 for cancellation of registration under CGST.

It is submitted that subsequently the writ petitioner had replied to the said notice, but till date the said process has not been completed. In the meantime, the writ petitioner's registration has been suspended. It is submitted that hearing has not been completed till date.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction upon the respondent authorities to dispose of the matter in accordance with law on giving effective hearing to the writ petitioner either in person or through its Lawyer within a period of 30 days from the date of communication of this order.

Petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to the respondent authorities.
