It has been stated in the petition that in Keshpur bomb blast one person has lost his right hand and in Minakhan bomb blast one female child has lost her life and that bombs were stored at a residential house.

Learned Advocate General has pointed out that in respect of the Minakhan incident the report has been sent by the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned Police Station to the State Government in terms of section 6(1) of the NIA Act and in respect of Keshpur incident also the State has received the report.

terms of section 6(2) of the Act now the report will be forwarded by the State Government to the Central Government for its decision in terms of section 6(3) of the Act.

Above disclosure made by the learned Advocate General adequately redresses the grievance of the petitioner. Therefore, no further direction in this public interest petition is required which is accordingly disposed of taking on record the stand of the State.
