Since the writ petition is not pursued by the petitioner and Mr.

Banerjee, learned AGP, appearing for the State submits a report stating that the situation is under control, I am of the view that the prayer(s) so advanced by the petitioner, at this stage, do not appear

to be in consonance with the existing state of affairs.

Learned advocates for the respondent nos. 9&10, and 11 respectively are present.

However, since the petitioner is not represented, WPA 26239 of 2024 is dismissed for default.
