State of Kerala & Anr.2 Member Secretary State Legal Services Authority is 1 CRA 203 of 2015 order dt. 05.05.2022 2 Writ Petition (Civil) No. 1067/2021 order dt. 29.04.2022.

directed to place the matter before the Hon'ble High Powered Committee for taking appropriate decision with regard to continuation of the parole of the said convict. Department is directed to communicate this order to the Member Secretary State Legal Services Authority for due compliance.
