Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the absolute owner and he is being disturbed, harassed and humiliated by the private respondent nos. 8 and 9 and in spite of informing the police authorities, no action has been taken. Learned advocate for the State submits a report. The report reflects that there is a long-standing land dispute and in case the dispute and differences blow out of proportion police authorities have taken steps under the provisions of 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. In view of the records reflecting that last of the information was submitted with the police authorities on 14.10.2023, I direct that as more than one year has passed since such information was furnished, the petitioner would furnish fresh information of disturbances, if any and in case the police authorities find that the dispute and differences still persists and the private respondents are overzealous in their action, the police authorities would take steps in accordance with law.

Report so submitted be kept with the records. With the above observations, WPA 25349 of 2023 is

disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
