1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the husband who tried to set the housewife on fire. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits. Thereafter, an in-law, who is a coaccused, has been enlarged on bail but the said co-accused does not stand on the same footing with the petitioner who is the principal accused. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
